Add Metallic Gradient Effect to Grid View in Stacks

I recently ran into a cool Terminal script command that adds a sexy metallic gradient to Stacks whenever you mouse over an application in Grid view.
Just launch Terminal and enter this:

defaults write com.apple.dock mouse-over-hilte-stack -boolean YES

Then enter:

killall Dock

To deactivate the gradient, enter the same commands but replace “YES” with “NO”.
