Say you’re using Quick Look on a document and you want to know when it was created or how large the file is, Quick Look can’t tell you this, but Inspector sure can. Hit Command + Option + I and Inspector will appear, ready to answer all your questions

The most annoying thing about pages is that it saves all your documents as .pages which can only be read by Pages. Leopard brought about a lot of changes and upgrades to the Preview application, in order to prevent it from becoming obsolete at the hands of Quick Look. Lifehacker has a nice and informative post on the great new tools it offers.
