Fix a CUPS printing problem in Leopard (10.5.5)

MacOSXhints is reporting that there is a bug in the 10.5.5 update that is making some printers behave strangely. Apparently printing to dobe PDF Queues, Xerox, and Oki printers are all exhibiting the same problem. The printout can be randomly rotated, zoomed, or offset every time you print.

Luckily, there is a fix that seems to work. Replace the pstops file in /usr/libexec/cups/filter with one from a 10.5.4 machine.

Adobe has a tech note about the issue that you can find right here.
