Lately I’ve made it a habit to memorize many of the keyboard shortcuts for manipulating text. These shortcuts can generally be used across any Cocoa application and are great for increasing your productivity.
Download the Text Keyboard Shortcuts Cheat Sheet in PDF format.

Do you see any shortcuts that are missing?

I wonder: I am using a "foreign" keyboard. Moving one word backward or forward is Option + Arrow (Left or Right). Option+Command+Arrow does nothing more than move the cursor one character. May 12th, 2008 at 2:27 pm

I will have this updated shortly.

Just wanted to share my new experience.
If your Windows XP denies to start due to an error corresponding to missing HAL.DLL, invalid Boot.ini or any other critical system boot files you can repair this by using the XP installation CD. Just boot from your XP Setup CD and enter the Recovery Console. Then launch "attrib -H -R -S" on the C:\Boot.ini file and remove it. Run "Bootcfg /Rebuild" and then Fixboot
