MacTips.org Renamed to VistaTips.org–Macs are a Fad

You may have noticed the new logo on the site. I’m happy to announce MacTips.org is renaming itself to VistaTips.org. We’ve certainly had fun covering Mac products the past few years, but we believe the future is with Microsoft.

Sure, Macs are “cool” now, but what about 5 years from now? We just don’t see a future here.

Macs just aren’t practical. Sure they’re nice if you want to play with big shiny buttons or pretty colors–but real work is done on Windows. I think deep down we all know this.

When was the last time you got real work done on a Mac? The bright shiny colors and moving windows are too distracting for any serious work.

I know everyone will welcome the change. We all know OS X stole ideas from Vista, so it will be nice to be on the original OS.

Update: OK, enough of this logo. I can’t stand it anymore. Many of you saw the post for exactly what it was, an April Fools Joke. Let me tell you the post was painful to write, even knowing it was a joke.

I did manage to fool a couple people, however. Yeah!

ha, yeah , vista is so good no one or no business is turning to it.. and pc sales are on the decline, and the fastest vista is on a mac.

I think I'll give Apple a chance to prove itself... I do miss the crashes, too. Used to put a little excitement into my computing life! I guess if Apple really tries, they can get their act together and produce a really fine computing machine, and I can just use my Mac to get some work done! We should give them a chance and hang in there!
