How-To Adjust the Volume in Smaller Increments from the Keyboard

When you normally adjust the volume from your keyboard it will lower it by one block which can be a little much. However by pressing Shift-Alt-Volume(F4/F5, volume lower/volume higher), it will change the volume by a quarter of a block.
