To install:
Install MacVim
Download and mount this disk image here.
In the terminal do:
defaults write org.slashpunt.edit_in_odbeditor ODBEditorBundleIdentifier “org.vim.MacVim”
defaults write org.slashpunt.edit_in_odbeditor ODBEditorName MacVim
sudo mkdir /Library/InputManagers
