Locate Original from an Alias

I you have an alias to a file but cannot find the original file, there are a couple of great ways to find it.

The first, less efficient, way is to simply Control- or Right-Click on the alias and select “Show Original”.

Alternatively, you can use a simple keyboard shortcut to find the original file. Just hit Command-R, and OS X should show you where the original file is located!
