Gizmodo ran a story about how to get the iPhone plan down to a miniscule 15 bucks month. To do this, however, you must block texting and data; you must also have another plan that you can add a line to. Do NOT forget to do this or you will be charged by the kilobyte which is not fun. The end product is essentially an iPod Touch that makes phone calls and takes pictures.
