I just got finished setting up the Mac Switchers Guide. This is a way we can transition MacTips to more advanced and intermediate tips without loosing Mac switchers (which was MacTips original purpose).
The goal for this guide is to provide Mac switchers with enough information to get started, but not overwhelm them with everything that’s out there. I’ve started with the basics and am curious what you guys think we should add that’s important.
Remember, we’re not trying to overload them with information here; just the basics every switcher should know. They don’t need to know every keyboard shortcut, just the important ones.
I’ve done my best selecting which information starts the guide, so please tell me what you think should be added or taken out.
There are currently three sections, Cool OS X Apps, Keyboard Shortcuts and Frequently Asked Questions.
I’ll be taking suggestions for each category.
