Build a Hackintosh Mac

Lifehacker has an amazing, detailed tutorial on how to build a Hackintosh Mac for under $800. It involves building a computer and then “hacking” it to install Leopard. It seems like a really interesting way to get OS X for cheap.

Also, Gizmodo wrote about “hacking” an Asus Eee PC to run OS X, creating a $399 OS X laptop, here.

Yes but where's the fun in that?

I recently got myself a macbook, Infact i'm typing on it now and I feel exclusive for using OS X. Having a mac is all about the fact that you have a mac, If you can have it on a crappy PC where's the fun?

    Get the real thing!

The fun is using an OS that doesn't crash, and not having to pay the exorbitant prices apple charges. There's also the feeling of accomplishment in building one and getting it all "ironed out" That being said, my next purchase is a macbook.
