The iPod already has a decent backlight on it you can use as a flashlight. For a more direct lighting source or a laser pointer turn to Griffin’s iBeams.
It’s gonna cost you $20, but if you have a use for this it should be well worth the money.

An easy way to print the Apple logo is to press . This gives you the magical character:

I’m pretty sure Windows users can’t see this, perhaps when you hit Option+Shift+K on Windows you get a Window?
