Ever wondered how to change a song’s rating that’s on your iPod? While a song is playing, simply press the select button (the one in the middle of the scroll wheel) twice. Use the scroll wheel to change the rating, and press the select button once you’re done.
Also, according to Apple the new ratings will be updated on iTunes when you sync your iPod.
