Access Search Field in Safari from Keyboard

Looking for a way to access the search field in Safari from the keyboard?

It’s as easy as pressing .

In Firefox, this is the equivalent of pressing Ctrl+K.

   I've always just hit Command-L followed by TAB. That has the same effect, but takes two keystrokes. If only I can retrain my brain to use this one instead... August 24th, 2005 at 12:59 pm
